Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging, with all tags and certificates (if applicable) intact. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at info@stawiofficial.org with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if item is damaged). Once approved, we will provide necessary return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the value of the item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be then refunded to you within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges and any applicable customs duties stand as non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Please note, that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
